What to Expect

Therapy is often not what it appears on TV or what you may be thinking when visualizing the word in your mind. You might be thinking of a stuffy, unapproachable person asking questions while you sit on a couch. This is not my style at all and not what I would want from a therapist. I strive to create a warm environment where you feel relaxed and comfortable. My hope is that therapy feels like a conversation where you feel heard, seen and felt. And because I truly believe that laughter is healing, I hope that we can have moments of laughter as well.
